In the mechanical manufacturing field, every collaboration tests the quality and service. For Beiyi, "customer first" has never been just a slogan.
For this shipbreaking factory, Beiyi has provided services for a remarkable three years, culminating in a successful conclusion in September, and fostering a deep bond between both parties.

Challenges: Finding the Right Solutions
At the beginning of 2022, the shipbreaking factory purchased our heavy-duty BY-450R open jaw Hydraulic Shear. However, due to a mismatch between the excavator and the product, the cutting speed was insufficient.
After amicable negotiations, both parties reached a replacement agreement. The customer was undecided between the double-cylinder shear and the 610R/810R open jaw Hydraulic Shear, but due to special circumstances, the project was temporarily shelved.

Solutions: Precisely Matching Customer Needs
In August 2024, the customer resumed the project, and our staff visited the shipbreaking factory to understand their needs firsthand.
We discovered that the customer primarily faced the task of dismantling old ships, requiring cutting capabilities for steel plates up to 2 cm thick, as well as the ability to tear apart plates. After detailed data comparisons and product recommendations, the customer ultimately chose the lightweight BYMS810R shear of the same model.

Actions: Swift Delivery and On-Site Installation
To match the customer’s new VOLVO360 excavator, we provided the necessary installation data. The factory quickly packaged and shipped the equipment, arranging for technicians to install it on-site and test its opening, rotation, and other functions.
With the successful delivery and commissioning of the equipment, the shipbreaking factory's work efficiency significantly improved. The customer rated our products and services highly, not only for the exceptional performance of the equipment but also for our unwavering commitment to understanding their needs and providing the most suitable solutions.
