It achieves this by utilizing high-frequency vibration, which is transmitted to the pile body through the clamp. This process alters the soil structure around the pile, liquefying it and reducing friction, enabling it to be easily pressed into the soil by the machine's weight and vibration. For pile extraction, the vibrating pile driver leverages the excavator's lifting force.

If the soil conditions are good, a 6-meter photovoltaic pile can be driven in about 10 minutes. Steel sheet piles can be driven even faster.
It depends on the excavator's tonnage. For 20-30 ton excavators, it can lift and drive 2-3 tons. For 30-40 ton excavators, it can handle 3-4-5 tons. Heavier piles may require the assistance of a crane, and the excavator should be equipped with additional counterweights accordingly.
It is very convenient and easy. Just open the bearing cover on the gearbox and push it out. (A replacement video guide is provided.)
The instruction manual details the common maintenance requirements. An electronic version can be sent to the operator. Normally, for a new machine, after a week of use during the break-in period, the oil needs to be changed once. Each day before use, apply grease to all sleeve joints and check if any bolts are loose, tightening them if necessary. Subsequently, change the gearbox oil approximately every 200 hours of use.
Our pile drivers are only suitable as attachments for excavators.
