For piles with a diameter of 800-1000mm, it takes about 10 minutes per pile. Excluding the excavator preparation time, larger piles take longer. The time also depends on the pile height and site conditions. If the pile has a mushroom head, it needs to be broken in two stages: first, break the mushroom head, then remove the module and break the rest of the pile uniformly. If there are only a few piles, it's recommended to manually break the mushroom head first.

The modules are made from ordinary plate materials that undergo quenching and tempering heat treatment, then are welded together. The chisel rod is made of special wear-resistant material.

The chisel rod is not typically replaced unless it’s completely worn out, in which case it is cut off. This process takes about 30 minutes.

This depends on the hardness of the piles. For easier piles, the rod can break thousands of piles without issue; for harder piles, it might only last for about a hundred.

Depending on usage, it can last 8 to 10 years, provided that consumable parts are replaced as needed.

Minimal maintenance is required. During use, check for any oil leaks at the joints and tighten them if necessary. The oil seals and gaskets typically need replacement every six months or more. The chisel rod is a consumable part, so replacement should be based on wear.

The pile breaker module itself has a height of about 20-30cm. If you want to break more thoroughly, you can dig a bit deeper to break more of the pile.

Use 68# oil with good viscosity. The oil does not need to be replaced frequently; just clean and filter it regularly and top it up with new oil as needed.
