Construction Steps:
1. According to the pile diameter, refer to the construction reference parameter table to assemble the corresponding number of modules and connect the pile breaker to the work platform.
2. Move the pile breaker to the work pile head for pile breaking.
3. Adjust the pile breaker height to the appropriate position and clamp the pile surface that needs to be cut.
4. Adjust the excavator’s system pressure according to the strength of the concrete used in the pile, apply pressure to the hydraulic cylinder until the concrete pile breaks under the high pressure.
5. Move the pile breaker downward to the appropriate pile breaking position, repeating step 4 until the pile is completely broken.
6. Use a hydraulic breaker to further crush the broken pile.
7. Clean the site.
