Beiyi Hydraulic Grapple: Major Upgrade

The "hydraulic grapple," as the name implies, is a machine used for grabbing steel materials. It is typically modified from hydraulic excavators. The primary function of the hydraulic grapple is to handle, load, and unload various materials such as scrap metal, industrial waste, gravel, construction debris, and household waste.

  • Special Wear-Resistant Material: The body is made of special wear-resistant manganese steel plates, combining high elasticity with wear resistance, ensuring durability under harsh working conditions, extending service life, and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Built-in Safety Valve Design: The built-in safety valve effectively prevents accidental cylinder arm drops, ensuring safety in every operation.
  • Large Capacity Cylinder: Equipped with a large capacity cylinder, providing powerful grabbing force. The single-cylinder design makes the machine lighter, more flexible, and consumes less energy.
  • 360° Flexible Rotation: Capable of 360-degree rotation in both directions, handling special angles and complex environments with ease, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and flexibility.
  • Specially Designed Grab Claws: The grab claws are specially designed to have minimal gaps when closed, effectively grabbing small and lightweight materials while having a wide opening to handle larger and bulkier items.
  • Lightweight and Fuel-Efficient: Weighing 1.6 tons, the machine has lower fuel consumption. With an opening width of 2049mm, it can grab more and larger items, suitable for 18-24 ton excavators.
