The bucket body is 90% made of high-strength wear-resistant plates.
The front cutting edge uses Hardox wear-resistant plates, with 25mm thickened dual-side design.
The crushing jaw plate is made of imported Hardox wear-resistant plates, offering long-lasting performance.
Equipped with an Italian-imported motor, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
A unique flywheel design replaces the traditional belt transmission, reducing maintenance costs.
The discharge opening is adjustable within a range of 15-120mm.

Crushing construction debris and concrete (4cm discharge opening): Approximately 40-50 tons per hour.
Crushing hard materials (granite, cobblestones) (4cm discharge opening): Approximately 20 tons per hour.
Note: The larger the discharge opening, the more material can be crushed.
The crushing jaw plate is the most wear-prone part of the crusher bucket.
Extending its service life: When the discharge end of the jaw plate wears out, it can be reversed for continued use.
Replacement steps:
Lift the discharge opening to expose the jaw plate, which is secured by multiple screws.
Loosen the screws and remove the worn jaw plate.
Install the new jaw plate and tighten the screws.
The crusher bucket is operated using a bi-directional foot valve.
If material gets stuck and causes the crusher bucket to jam, reverse the operation to discharge the jammed material before resuming work. No manual intervention is needed.
Installation is quick and easy: Simply connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the crusher bucket directly to the excavator’s breaker pipeline.
Motor and bearings: 12-month warranty.
Crushing jaw plate: 6-month warranty (based on 8 hours of daily operation, replacement is recommended every 6 months).
Bucket shell: 6-month warranty.
